Work here if you want to be sexually harassed and verbally abused. Nobody is held accountable. Employees who do their job are picked on especially if you complain. They will hire anyone off the street. They pack their food in a hot warehouse. 100 degree temps.

This company is a disaster waiting to happen, the employees do not care how the food looks or taste. They put food in the refrigerated area that are not dated. A co-worker bought a cheese cup and the cheese was moldy, not just once. Three time in one month. The bacon is never cooked completely and is just thrown in the bacon bin with the bottom full of nasty grease. A co-worker told the manager that the bacon wasn't done and he stood there and argued with the customer.

This company delivers gross soggy vegi wraps. I literally about threw up when I bit into one. And there are not many vegetables that I wont eat. However, soggy raw eggplant is one of them.

Buying their food is a waste of money and their employees always look miserable

Their vending machines are either empty, broken or rip you off. And customer service sucks. When you call, you either get no answer, or you get the message some one will answer your call asap, an after an hour , still on hold with the message playing

I am an employee of AVI Fresh, working as a cashier at the Juilliard and SAB Cafe in New York City which was acquired from Aramark back in August of 2016. Not onlt is the quality of their food not up to the standards they presented to us, but the way they treat employees is even worse. They hire these young fresh out of college managers who force the cashiers to close on the busiest nights by themselves while they sit back in the office completely ignoring the floor. Then they blame us for not getting the work done. And they refuse to hire more cashiers (there are only 3), but they hire more than enough people for other departments. It's not just the cashiers who are mistreated either. They work everybody to the bone until they cannot handle any more, then they pile on more work. It's taking a massive toll on our health, especially on that of an elderly lady who works in the kitchen. They don't even offer any assistance or thank us for a job well done. On top of that, they have no clue on how to do payroll. We are constantlt shorted on our checks. There was even a time when they paid us for a holiday they shouldn't have, then they took it back out at our higher pay rate 2 weeks later. They also cut some people's hours who they feel are a risk of working overtime, including one cashier who has never done any. In an ironic twist, other employees are offered lots of overtime. They hold all these team meetings where they talk of such promises as hiring more help or doing things to improve the quality of the business, but they never deliver or even listen to our suggestions. And we have made hundreds of good ones. They tell us that they appreciate our hard work, but they have a very funny way of showing it. So if you use a vending machine or patronize an eating establishment, I urge you strongly to be sure that it isn't owned by this company.

Bought a sausage egg and hashbrown sandwich fro a vending macbine at H.B.C. Service Company in Washington Pa. Payed $2.00 for it and one ot is over priced. Two, the picture shows the egg portion of the sandwich.

These AVI machines always eat my money and the food is disgusting. Just the other day one of my co-workers got a roast beef sandwich out of the rotating sandwich machine and the package was OPEN! The same thing happened to another lady with her apple pie. These are the machines in my current workplace, a manufacturing plant in Indiana. At my former workplace, a warehouse outside of Indy, the AVI coffee vending machines were a total rip-off! Hot sugar water, indeed. One time a line worker got his spaghetti out of the AVI machine, microwaved it for 2 mins & the whole thing exploded in his face. He could have lost an eye! Thank God he was still wearing his safety glasses because he'd forgetten to take them off on break.

GREER,SC Avi management sucks, the food they cook is old, they served old Christmas dinner 01/14/2015 that's two and a half weeks, people often get sick from the food I know I do. & then they have a meal once a week called "casserole" .....a whole bunch of left overs combined in one pan with cheese and bread crumbs on it...smh that's GARBAGE. We have a bunch of AVI foodsystems products at work. I've heard complaints from people about getting sick from their products and I myself believe this has happened to me. Last Friday I had a cheeseburger from them and the next day my stomach was cramping and I had to use the bathroom a few times, plus a fever. Another time another employee got a vegetable cup with carrots and broccoli from what I remember and after he opened it we had to clear out the office the smell was that bad. Another co-worker used to work for these people a few years ago and has stated that they make their food in a warmer atmosphere then freeze them. I'm now a believer that this AVI Foodsystems is problematic. Definitely am not eating their stuff anymore! My stomach and digestive system is still messed up!

I have been visiting the location listed below for a period of 3 months. During this time I have used AVI Food Systems vending machines for coffee on 5 separate occasions. At each of these times I was just trying for a cup of coffee or a Cappuccino only to get a cup of what was warm creamed water. The first time I thought OK the machine is out of bean and the sensor just did not detect it. I let it slide. After a couple of weeks I tried again and the same results, warm creamed water. Now I am upset. Then I tried this on 3 more occasions, spaced days and weeks apart, only to have the exactly the same thing happen. Finally, I noticed your website on the cup and felt that I had to let someone know what your customers are dealing with. This comes to a grand total of 5 instances at $1.10 a cup. How is it that a machine can sit that long with no service, no sign or contact information for customers that experience problems. I am sure that I am not the only customer that has been upset with this lack of respect. I am pissed about a machine in an Orrville,Oh. location that has had outdated product for the last year.This machine is in a slow account but is tied to a large hospital account in Canton,Oh.. The aforementioned product problems can be anything from a pack of crackers to a pastry item well over thirty days past expiration date. The most common thing is outdated chips. two to three months outdate should be caught during monthly inventory you would think. this is just one machine but shows how this company is run.They should be put out of business before someone gets really sick from their lowsey products.
